Most budget were made by  the officers from epu who write very well.

Most ptd ( management) officers are getting masters n PhD cerrs under their belt. They read the degree overseas.

2.  Pregnant ladies can go home earlier by 1 hour.

Same goes to the husbands.

3. Loans.  Both working can get double loan. That’s great in the sense they can get a house in elite areas.

4. What else? Working officers get rm1500 as bonus.  Thats really a big relief. They can use the bonus to pay for the books.

5.  My brain. More money is put in the basket. So get cracking boys and girls.
